First time blogging

This is my very first attempt at a blog and gawd knows, I sure hope it gets easier as I go along! A very good friend of mine has been telling (read-ragging) me that I should start a blog for the past few months. She actually got me hooked on reading blogs and it's quite addictive and I probably read upwards of 30 to 40 blogs a day. It's quite intimidating to try to write a blog when I think of the talent out there.

Well, I will give it a try and see where this goes, hopefully I will find things to write about. Well, with 2 kids , 1 grandson, 2 cats, a husband, and a puppy, I should have loads of stuff to relate as well as opinions on various topics.

I am currently on vacation for 2 weeks and am enjoying every minute of it! I started the vacation with a bang with a picnic for friends and family that we have every summer. Good times, lots of laughs and sunshine. Was a perfect day and we took loads of pics. The "theme" this time was oversized sunglasses, a purple cowboy hat and an inflateable bright yellow seahorse. Everyone was game enough to have their pic taken with the theme items which was a good thing cos if they werent I woulda ragged them til they did. They know it's easier to just go along with me and suck it up.

Cute huh??

The first 4 days have been spent washing down walls that havent been done in 10!! years...but tis done now and I still have 11 days left of vaycay!

Ok thats it for this post, wasnt as hard as I thought it would be! Yay me!
